There's a 15 minute grace period for each appointment. Appointments later than 15 minutes, will be canceled and payment will not be refunded. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs in advance, you are responsible for 100% of payment for service booked unless otherwise discussed.
